As a leading supplier of RF and mixed signal chips in China, Redico Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "RDA") has launched six new products of 3G/4G power amplifier series, namely RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6363, RPM6365, RPM6368 and RPM6569. The six new products are all based on high-linearity GaAs HBT technology, supporting single-band and six-band operation respectively, providing priority application experience for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
RPM636X and RPM6569 series products adopt the mainstream package size in the market, fully considering the compatibility of PCB of customers'3*3mm2 and 3*4.2mm2, so as to improve the flexibility of terminal application. RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6365 and RPM6368 support LTE B1, LTE B2, LTE B5 and LTE B8 bands respectively; RPM6363 supports LTE B3/B4 bands; RPM6569 has better broadband characteristics in the industry and can support LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B8 bands at the same time. This series of products are compatible with WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA system.
RPM636X and RPM6569 series products have outstanding performance, reaching the world's excellent level. Measured by the Linear PA Industry Test Standard FOM (Figure of Merit), the FOM values of the six products are over 90.
As the first product of RDA "Easy-Matching TM" brand, RPM636X and RPM6569 series products can greatly reduce the debugging difficulty of RF front-end, speed up customer product development and improve the system performance of terminal products.
"RF front-end is an important part of RDA product strategic layout. RPM636X and RPM6569 series products reflect our strong strength in the field of RF technology," said Zhao Lidong, president of Redico Microelectronics. "RDA will continue to increase investment in the field of RF front-end and build an international product development team relying on its existing advantages. Guided by customers'needs, continuous technological innovation and the development of products with international competitiveness have become the guideline of the RF front-end market.
